Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Refund Processing: Up to 10 business days after approval

  • Restocking Fee: None

  • Return Method: By mail

  • Return Label: Customer responsibility

Refunds

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days (Monday–Friday) and issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable:

  • Shipping costs

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
