Order Processing & Transit Details

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Order Transit Time:  3-4 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • High order volumes during peak seasons

If there is any delay with your order, our team will notify you via email.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across the UAE.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Orders cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled once processing has started.

Address Changes

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Once an order has shipped, rerouting may not be possible.

Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

may require additional shipping fees for resending the package.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Ramadan, Eid, and New Year, delivery services may experience delays due to high shipment volumes.
